Salary the first year, then plus commission. 

Digital agency is currently expanding its Digital Business Development/Sales Team and is looking for an experienced and talented digital media marketing professional to join our team based in Jacksonville, FL.

 

This individual is a highly skilled Sales Hunter who will focus on developing new revenue and finding new clients by identifying the prospect's digital marketing needs. This includes, but is not limited to, social media development and management, SEM, targeted display campaigns, website development, hosting, and video production.

The ideal individual must be a self-starter and will have in-depth digital services and product knowledge, a proven track record of digital sales and exceeding customer expectations.

 


Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain client relationships through ongoing analysis of needs 
· Independent prospecting for digital opportunities that will drive new revenue streams and new customers 
· Professionally prepare and present custom proposals and solutions  
· Set expectations during pre-sale phase and manage post-sale to meet those expectations to ensure client satisfaction with an eye toward renewal and up-sell  
· Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged in accurately and in a timely manner  
· Help develop internal marketing and sales strategies and collateral  
· On-going education on new technology within the changing digital landscape  
· Handling an aggressive work schedule of daily sales contacts with the ability to prioritize and organize work load is critical 
· Increase market share 


Qualifications

· 2-3 years related sales experience 
· Comfort and working knowledge of digital marketing techniques, platforms and sales methods required 
· Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills 
· Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
· Digital sales, digital services, cold calling and good communications skills 
· Ability to adapt quickly 
· Ability to network and business development skills 
· Excellent attention to detail and follow through skills 
· Must have a comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how web, mobile, social and search channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales 
· Hands on experience managing activities including PPC, display campaigns, social and mobile 
· SEO and video experience is preferred 
· Must have the ability to clearly articulate and present digital media and social media campaign results and recommendations 
· Must have a passion for understanding the consumer mindset 
· Proven ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment 
· Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license 
· Hunter mentality 
· Cold Calling and prospecting experience
